If you are wanting to get your hair done, 1-2 weeks before your session would be the prime time. Fresh hair always looks great for the camera. If you need recommendations for salons, I have a lady I always go to. :) (You do not have to get your hair done, this is purely for the girls that do)
SKIN CARE- This is very important for the week of. Make sure you are washing your face every night. Skin care routines can do wonders for you. Make sure you are getting lots of beauty sleep, so that you don't have bags under your eyes for the shoot.IMPORTANT- if you have a pimple DO NOT pop it, pimples are easy to cover up, while scabs can be harder. Facials also do wonders for the skin and absolutely make you glow!
EXTRA INFO- make sure you are drinking lots of water. Pop and coffee tend to make your teeth more yellow, so do keep this in mind for the week of. Also make sure to trim your nails and to clean dirt out from your nails(also a good excuse to go to a nail salon.) If you don't already, use plenty of chapstick all week! Another tip- make sure you hang your clothes up before the session and iron if need be!
